Food was splendid and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. Fairly clean, pet-friendly hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed good sized and beautiful rooms and competent staff. The location was particularly good and excellent, at a walking distance from Lewes Priory Park. Plus, it was just off the restaurant and the famous hot water fountain.

This hotel offers a wonderful location right in the heart of the city and generously upgraded my stay with a complimentary room that had a balcony, which was a lovely touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the staff was knowledgeable, the place was spotless, and it was ideally situated just a short walk from the Priory Ruins.

My stay at Hotel Ariston was perfectly pleasant. the room was neat and featured balconies as described. the location is magnificent, right in the center and near St Michael's Church. it’s just off the old town, surrounded by lovely restaurants and charming old streets.

We loved being able to explore the charming town on foot from our centrally located hotel. the clean and modern-ish bathroom was a plus, but the dated room decor could use some sprucing up. Helpful staff and dog-friendly policies made us feel welcome. Private parking was available for a fee.
